This lovely ballroom wedding took place at the Park Hyatt in Washington, DC and was captured perfectly by the talented Wolfcrest Photography. The bride, being from California, had a love for the more natural, organic and slightly rustic style floral designs. The challenge was to mix that style with the formality of a DC ballroom setting. We did that by using our dark wood chuppah with clean lines, which stood out beautifully against the white draping of the ballroom. We mixed loose greenery with lush florals including garden roses and peony accenting with dusty miller and brunia berries for a touch of rustic. The accents of anemone with that dramatic dark center brought it all together for a perfect mix of elegant and natural.
